    We originally contract J-H Entertainment to DJ our wedding. A week before our wedding, he told us one of his associates would be doing our wedding. This associate, ***** *******, was not an employee of J-H like we originally thought. He was an entirely separate business. ****** ****** broke our contract by not obtaining in writing approval from us. the contract states, "By DJ. DJ may cancel this Agreement at any time. If DJ cancels, it must provide a suitable, replacement DJ, subject to Client's approval, which shall be obtained in writing, In the alternative, DJ shall refund all monies previously paid by Client, including non-refundable deposit." ****** did not get our written approval. We would have preferred him to cancel and refund than had to deal with the awful ***** *******. Please see attached screenshots and contract of what went wrong during the wedding. After we made ****** aware of all the problems, he blocked us and has refused communication.
