    HAD PROBLEMS CYCLING AND CHARGING HANDLE GOT STUCK. THEY SENT ME A NEW SPRING AND DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. FINALLY SENT IT TO LKCI AND THEY WORKED ON IT FOR OVER A MONTH AND HALF AND THR SENT IT BACK TO ME "FIXED". I WENT TO THE RANGE LOADED THE MAG AND CHARGING HANDLE ONCE AGAIN GOT STUCK. WASN'T ABLE TO EVEN LOAD IT BECAUSE I COULDN'T PULL IT BACK. CONTACTED LKCI AND THEY SAID IT'S BEEN PASSED WARRANTY. SO I WOULD HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO SEND IT TO THEM, AND PAY FOR PARTS AND FOR THE GUNSMITH TO WORK ON IT. AND AGAIN PAY FOR IT TO SEND IT BACK. SO ONCE AGAIN I DON'T FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT SINCE IT'S THR SAME PROBLEM IT HAD WHEN I FIRST SENT IT TO THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. SECONDLY, WHAT GUARANTEES ME THAT IT WILL BE FIXED THE RIGHT WAY THIS TIME SINCE I'M PAYING OUT OF POCKET. LASTLY I FEEL THAT IF I HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL OF THAT. I MIGHT AS WELL JUST BUY ME A NEW SHOTGUN AND FORGET ABOUT THIS ONE SINCE IT WILL BE ALMOST THE SAME PRICE. I WAS REALLY EXCITED TO SHOOT THIS GUN, BUT I GUESS I MIGHT JUST HAVE TO BUY ME A NEW ONE OR SOMETHING DIFFERENT. VERY DISAPPOINTING. ALSO I CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. ONLY THROUGH EMAIL AND WHEN I DO REACH SOMEONE IN EMAIL THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE. WISH THERE WAS A NUMBER I COULD CALL TO TALK TO SOMEONE.

    Another thing... they had my gun for 2 months since Feb 2022 until April 2022 and ever since I got it back I didnt go back to the shooting range because I had a hip replacement surgery. Barely now I have recovered fully and now that I try out my gun it still doesn't work. All im asking is to repair it. Customer service has been horrible and NEVER ANSWER CALLS!! we as customers should be able to speak to someone instead of through email. I dont want a refund, all i want is to get my gun fixed or replaced with a new one.

    This particular shot gun was fixed, test fired and shipped back to the customer in April 2022. Now, in October 2022, six months later customer files a complaint! Shotgun was purchased in September 2021 and the Warranty is one year from the purchase date which has expired. We can't be responsible for customer personal problems of moving or having health problems and does not extend the warranty in anyway. Furthermore, LKCI has to get each warranty claim approved by the manufacturer overseas before providing warranty and parts services to the customers. In this case, warranty has expired, and the warranty claim has been denied

    There is no way they shot my firearm  to test it out, because how come the first time I use the gun it gets stuck the same way it was when I sent it to them in the first place. But ok then if that's how they want to deal with it then ok. I will never ever do business with them and i will make sure people know how sucky their firearms are and how bad their customer service is to make things right.
