    Entered by H363137**3238313831H staff LO There is mold in the apartment. The maintenance man comes into the unit smelling like marijuana and alcohol. They don&#**;t come when you call them for emergency maintenance repairs. When they do come, the consumer is not notified that someone is being sent. Because of that the consumer states they have been threatened with eviction for not letting them in the unit. The consumer has asked for the office managers boss, or their phone number and they will not provide it. The ceiling has been leaking and the tub has needed to be recalked for 2 months. When any maintenance work is done they do not clean their mess, if they do, they use the consumers cleaning supplies. On 1/23/25 a new stove was brought into the unit, and left the old stove instead of taking it out. The consumer states they also do not do snow removal, the tenants have to do it.

    #1): Summer 2024- I got charged $2,000 for 1 MONTH or she was going to file an eviction. 1 of my friends gave me $2,000 cash, so I got a money order. My other friend did the money order online & my property manager DENIED her money order! #2): When I tried to Re-certify, she wouldn't return my calls or she wouldn't be in her office when I would go in. When I did do the paperwork, she turned it in late but HUD accepted it. #3): Nov 2024- I’m charged $129.00 for "dog feces". I emailed my property manager & she said: “I know you are the only tenant with a dog, so maybe you should clean up after your dog from now on & you won't get charged". MY NEIGHBOR HAS A DOG. #4): Nov 2024 rent- $53.00/mo while I am unemployed. #5): October 9, 2024- I got a money order for Oct/Nov 2024 rent. Nov 12, 2024- RETURNED with a letter: "I cannot accept your money order. The 1st reason- your notice stated that you needed to vacate by Nov 8th & you did not. The 2nd reason- you didn’t pay the full amount & I cannot accept partial payments. I am putting your money order in your door & filing an eviction against you." Nov 12, 2024- her email: “I cannot accept partial payments. Your money order is dated for Nov 9, the due date to get it turned in was Nov 10. I am returning your money order & filing an eviction”. I NEVER got a notice stating that I needed to vacate. #6): I called HUD & filed multiple complaints & nothing has been done. #7): A crack that was in my ceiling that would LEAK WATER into my Kitchen while using the shower. Maintenance came by to "look at the problem". He said “it would be wks until he could come back to fix anything”, he never came back. #8): My water pipe in my home BUSTED: water was coming from my ceiling VENTS/KITCHEN LIGHT. All that was done: they tore almost all of the dry wall from my ceiling & left.
