    On 2/4/2025 my family and I went into ********************************************* and used the kiosk to place our order. When we sat down to the table, we were approached by a female worker, who advised that they couldnt do milkshakes and was out of bottled water. I requested a refund for those items. I was given a new receipt that had the items deducted from it and was told the money would go back on my card. Its now, 2/18/25 and the money has not been credited back to my account. I called and spoke with a shift supervisor today who said the ** told him theres nothing they can do about it and I need to follow a dispute through my . My bank is telling me it can take up to six months for this dispute. I just want the money back on my card

    To Who these concerns:

    I have attached all parties involved:

    Of the issue of the refund, we did an original refund of the items that were not there.

    I spoke to Ms. ******* about this issue of our system taking a good 2 months tops. That she could also go to the bank dispute it which her bank as well told her it takes time dispute the transaction. 

    So, I as the General Manager, did and agreed on offer giving to free meals on the House to fix this issue. Which both agreed to. 

    We always here to welcome and fix any issue that when we out of product to offer something else, or make good for next transaction within store.


    We thank you for letting us handle the situation and hope we can always achieve amazing experiences for our guest.

    I have attached Ms. ****** on this email as well, so if there are any further issues or comments, we handle it soon as possible.
