    We called numerous companies before receiving a bid from Elite Plumbing. While they weren't the cheapest, they were very competitive and knowledgeable! The process was explained thoroughly and we were provided with an estimate. They showed up on time as scheduled and performed all the work that was agreed upon. We had some confusion as to what the finished product would be which led us to believe that not all of the work had been performed as promised. I then called Elite and received their answering service. They were very professional and explained that they would have someone reach out to me shortly. I received a phone call from bud in less than 1 hour where he immediately scheduled to come back the following morning even though it was a Saturday. During this time, I researched what a rough in plumbing job entailed and that's when I realized that *** performed exactly everything that he quoted and what we were asking for was not part of any rough in plumbing job. I explained this to *** as soon as he arrived Saturday morning and wanted to make sure that he understood we were extremely happy with his services and that I misunderstood what all was included. But just smiled at me and said that's okay, I want to make sure you guys are happy and can you use the bathroom as you expected today. He provided the additional work to make sure we were able to use our bathroom that same day at no additional cost. This was clearly something he didn't have to do but truly did care that we were taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company that's honest, professional and maintains a high level of integrity!
