      May 9 of 2023 entered into a construction contract with them. The work was not completed. We came to an agreement with our lawyers. Chuck C******* agreed to pay us $6300 by April 30, 2024. We have not seen payment as of yet. We had to go to civil court. We won summary of judgment against him. We won the $6300 Plus interest plus court fees. To this day we’ve never heard from him.
