    We had an issue with our roof that was installed 7 years ago by a different company. The home inspector we hired to look at it gave us Nathan's number and he sent out his project manager Brandon and his lead roofer Emilio to see what our issue was. It was determined the other company didn't install our roof properly on one side. Brandon and Emilio were wonderful. So honest and up front with us and such a pleasure to deal with! I'm so grateful that we found this company. They were amazing from beginning to end. They installed a new roof for us. Their team was prompt, very respectful, cleaned up everything wonderfully. I can't say enough nice things about this company and their employees that I dealt with.

    I had a sliding door and screen installed by Windows Plus and had a problem with the screen door handle. They took care of the problem quickly and the person they sent to fix it was very efficient and very personable to talk to. Great company! BTW, I live in ******,**.

    Sold us a door for 5k, but it automatically locks when you exit. Either have to push a button near the cylinder or not shut your door. Pretty inconvenient. But she looks great when your locked out!!!

    Outstanding Service and Response Time from Nathan, salesman and project coordinator! I had a new roof installed November 2022. This included a tear off of the old roof with the new roof being installed. While November is not the most opportune time to install a new roof, I chose to go ahead as it was desperately needed. The workers showed up as promised, were extremely respectful and kept the trash to a minimum. Job completed as promised and looked fantastic. Fast forward a few months to the tremendous wind that Ohio received. The ridge caps blew off over the garage. One phone call and the very next day they were out and inspected the entire roof and replaced what had blown off. We had not had warm enough days to heat the roof to allow a good seal. I was very pleased with their response time and the fact they provided me pictures of the entire roof upon completion of the e repairs. I highly recommend this company!

    I had a great experience buying a front door for my first home through Windows Plus, so when it came time to replace all the windows and doors in my new home, I went back to them. They were knowledgeable, professional, and the end result was beautiful. I highly recommend them for anyone in the market for new windows and doors.

    Very good price for a good product. Professional company with a lot of friends and neighbors that recommended them. We did have a couple of issues with damage to the inside of the windows and they came back and took care of everything very quickly and we’re good to work with.
