  Had me buy supplies to install bathroom exhaust fans. Showed up twice never finished the job. No show or no call 7 times, I had to call him to see if he was going to show up, he'dsayyes and then never show.. Never finished the work, one excuse after another. Do not hire humble handyman. He's very unprofessional, in fact he's useless.

  You new I was deathly sick with heart issues and phomonia I had to go to hospital I even sent you a picture of me and my intake band showing you I was in hospital and I told you in text messages that I would try and come anyway and push through it a real reasonable customer wouldnt have even wanting me to come until I got checked for COVID or whatever out of fear of them getting sick but you didn't care at all about anything I have all my medical papers stating I had sever phomonia and I have a bad heart it was just bad luck that on your job I happen to get sick I offered you a refund and offered to still finish the job for you witch you agreed to but then said never mind come get your tools also leaving out that I left all my tools there so I had all intentions on coming back I couldn't help that my step son has siriebral ******* and has seizures we had to take him to doctors then the day after that I got sick cause I had un diagnosed phomonia for weeks and didn't know it until I finally got so sick I had to go to hospital it's funny I just completed a 4000 dollar bathroom remodel and the customers couldnt have been more happy cause I was healthy and able to work I'm starting another bathroom remodel right now not counting the 1000s of jobs prior the past 3 years I been in busy with never 1 complaint or 1 bad review all happy customers that Ive helped fix stuff for free or very cheaply cause they couldn't afford it I just did 15 20 k metal roof job before winter for and elderly lady that couldn't afford the new roof so I did it for 7k I have 100s of people that will have nothing but great things to say about me funny only complaints I have is from when I've had a bad health issue arise that I been battling with for years since my tricuspid valve started falling and have immune issues now on top of other day to day struggles but I still get up everyday and work hard all day helping people and providing for my family raising 6 kids that arent mine and ones handicapped shame on you for not being more civil and paitent and willing to let me finish the job I even broke down in tears In your garage right in front of you cause I felt so bad about every thing and had never been fired or had someone mad at me before I offered all kinds of things to avoid this I even let you decide what to pay me for completely the first bathroom fan I said pay me whatever you want I dont care about the money I just feel bad and wanted to finish the job and knocked off 200 dollars from that price ontop of letting you decide what to pay me but I'm the unprofessional and useless one. Very sorry for getting sick and you not letting me finish what I started I wish I could upload documents and pictures and text messages on here boy would it paint a different picture then what your explaing and leaving out all the extra electrical work I did and extra time spent replacing stuff from the 1950s so it was correct even though I didn't have to and not charging you extra and the one perfectly installed and working properly fan that got installed in the 1 bathroom all I had to do was put new covers on the switches and receptacles cause we had to buy new ones witch I offered to do real quick for you all that was left was the other fan to install in the other bathroom witch I would have finished if you let me but you wouldn't let me so it didn't get finished

  This is the text that I received from the humble handyman. Notice he didn't include the threats in his comment to the BBB:You really wrote a complaint to the BBB when you new I was sick in the hospital and I tried to finish the job I was trying to come but you said nevermind then you said come at 11 am then nevermind to get my tools and I still would have came back and finished the rest of the work for free for you and still would that's how nice of a guy I am Shame on you God dont like ugly there was no need to file a complaint with the BBB and try and ruin my bussiness how I feed my family and survive when you know I'm a good guy it just so happen I had some bad luck on your job with my health issues and family issues. It's awfully funny I just did a 4000 dollar bathroom remodel and the customers couldn't of been more happy but I'm useless can't wait till you get your karma I was crying in your garage that's how bad I felt about the situation and you go and add fuel to the fire I can see if I was blatantly just not wanting to do or finish the job but that wasn't the case at all and you know it your an evil un sympathetic person to attack a man bussiness and character all over an exhaust fan it's funny you left out the part about me being sick in the hospital and that I finished the one fan and it works perfectly ******* sure you still sleep real good at night to knowing you could ruin my bussiness slandering me like that over something so minor I've done 10 k bathroom remodels 18k roofs metal roofs full kitchen demos remodeled 1000s of jobs never 1 complaint besides you and **** I wonder why that is cause your both miserable people I'm going to make a post about you know saying dont do work for this lady with your name phone number and address she's a wolf in sheeps clothing if you get sick cause you have heart issues and phomonia and can't make it she'll turn you in to the BBB and will see how you like it I'm going to pray for you though that you and your family never no what it's like to struggle with health issues family issues pain and loss and financial issues truck issues bussiness issues up on your pedistole with your nose in the air God finds a way to humble people like you though. I should get a lawyer and sue you for slander since I have all the proof I was deathly sick in the hospital my intake papers my treatment plan everything stating I was sick all the antibiotics they gave me everything and ******** doctors papers when we had to take him when something that you cant help happens thats called unforseen circumstances it's even on contracts you cant slander someone over unforseen circumstances like medical issues being deathly sick not being able to physically work and there step son having siezures I'm a man of God now though and have grown and changed my ways from when I was younger so I know to turn the other cheek to people like you and be the bigger person cause I know I'm a good man and I know what I do for people and have done for people but in the future I'd watch who you bad mouth so quickly specially construction workers cause some of them have nothing to loose just out here trying to survive they werent fed with a silver spoon you never know how some one else might react to such harsh cruel words in the future next time I'd try and be more civil and just let the person finish the work they started or choose the words you use in your complaint more carefully blatenly telling lies and being ignorant like a child hope you feel good about yourself I'm useless your so ignorant it's crazy can't wait till you get your karma I hope I hear about it Im more irrelevant and helpful then you could ever dream to be Ive helped 100s of people in this area and done more good then you could ever imagine doing with your selfish ignorant self.I pray god humbles you and softens your heart for people that arent as well off as you and actually have issues and struggles on a daily basis they have to get through.   Funny your leaving out the part where I tried to come and do the roof 2 times in a row the first time you canceled cause you didn't want me there alone with your wife working you said you had to be there so then we tried for 2 weeks to schedule it around your work schedule and the weather but it didn't work out so then I loaded the truck up again full of all my ladders and roofing stuff took me hours to load it all by myself I said I'm omw sorry I'm a little behind I'm having some chest issues cause my heart acts up some times but I'll be there shortly your wife then called me back and said *** we dont feel comfortable with you working on the roof if your having chest pains we dont want you falling off and getting hurt or something else happening I then replied and this is qoute on qoute are you sure because if I dont do your roof now I'm just going to go do someone else work if not and will have to reschedule AGAIN she said yes please get better the roof isn't going anywhere it's been damaged for years so a little longer won't hurt long as it's before winter just call us when your back feeling better so then I got really busy cause I actually do great amazing work and very cheap and kind and caring even though 2 out 1000 people say differently so then months went by cause we where hitting the rainy season and I was super busy and you canceled twice so then out the blue months later you call me and demand that I do the roof right this minute I said I can't I'm in the middle of a big metal roof job I have to finish it first and that I had just gotten over being real sick I said I can come in a week then you flipped out and said never mind I'm done with you and begin swearing at me and slandering me calling me names telling me to get a real job even though your 50 some years old and you serve food for a living so I dont think you can say much about getting a real job so we got 2 people because of there actions and loosing there tempers and cool didn't get there jobs done because of yourselves not me I was glad to do and finally get it off my books I tried to do it 2 times before then when weather was good not my fault you guys cancelled on me 2 times and then months later I'm supposed to just drop what I'm doing for other customers to do your roof cause now it's convinet for you and it's funny you gave me a bad review but left out the part about calling me so desperate begging me to come immediately to fix your hot water tank that exploded cause your wife was freaking out and you needed it done right then even though I had other appointments and work what did I do I went straight to ********** soon as you bought it and picked a brand new one up for you loaded it delivered it unloaded it removed the old one disposed of old one and got you back up and running in a few hours even though you told me no never mind cause you didn't want to pay 800 bucks for a last minute emergency install and I had to move water lines install new supply lines with shut offs and gas line cause the new tank wasn't the same size but your wife said dont listen to him and come and do it she didn't care so I did and everything went great your wife was totally happy and satisfied everything was cool you had hot water and it's been fine but ever since that day your wife undermined you and had me come do it anyway youve had an attitude with me cause for some reason you thought ********** would install it for 200 bucks witch isn't a thing knowone installs hot water tanks for 200 bucks if they do there crack heads so again it's funny people leaving all the information out and just saying what they want to make some one look bad cause there mad about shame on people like you that attack people's lively hood with unproven claims and slander and not telling the whole story I still have all the text messages to prove everything I'm saying I wish I could upload in this message but unfortunately BBB must not care about people making bad false claims about good bussiness people you should have to prove your case and reasons for the complaint it's crazy anyone can just come on here and say anything they want about any company with no repercussions or consequences it's absolutely crazy to me but call me and want me to pay to be accredited but dont have my back against false claims that lack all the information and truth and facts and stay on the companies history staining it for 3 years over nothing because the customer canceled twice then didn't want to wait a week for me to get free to come do it if anything I should of complained for canceling twice and preventing me from making the money I had planned to make and never took a Depoist or anything all the time I put into doing the estimate climbing on the roof to look at damage measuring everything and ordering all the materials picking all the materials up and delivering them didn't charge for any of that so all that time wasted cause you guys canceled 2 times and then didn't want to wait a week after telling me it's fine take your time the jobs not going anywhere it's yours those where your wife's exact words but I end up with a complaint and out all that time and money and planning and loading trucks and unloading trucks I dont see the fairness in that.
