    I had Dilley custom pools come out to pressure check an replumb the entire top side plumbing they did that a the problem I had before still existed, air was coming out of my returns on my pool!!! I’ve been trying to reach Shaun the owner for over a week, left messages with him an his son Daniel nothing! if I was anybody in Trumbull county looking for a pool company call ******* ***** ** ******** not this pony show.

    We contracted with DilleysRCM LLC (*********************** - Principle) to build a new swimming pool from start to finish. We paid him in three installment during the process. First payment was for $32,000 in March of ************************************************************************************************ June. Second payment was for $39,000 to begin the work the first week of June 2022. Construction of the pool was finished the first week of August and at that time the according to our signed contract Dilleysrcm LLC still owed us our winter safety cover with installation which which was itemized for $3,000. We paid DilleysRCM LLC in full on August 3rd in the amount of $11,000, we picked out the cover with ***** the same day, and the contract was signed off on by *********************** that we were paid in full and he would be back to finish the cover and to show us how to close and winterize our pool. We have made several attempts to reach ***** by phone and text message with NO Success. We still have no winter safety cover and we are heading into November. Please advise.
