    I had signed the documents regarding completion of work that techniques construction agreed legally sign and refused to do it so this is a breech of contract listed below

    As stated by the ************* we have 3 days to rescind our offer, which we chose to do on May 15,2023 in an email. Also after MANY phone calls and emails with **************** it was made clear she was unable to pay for the service she signed for as stated in our contract. We require half at signing ( which we did not receive) and final payment upon completion. **************** left a voicemail requesting to pay in stages, requiring ** to wait for her insurance to pay and as she stated having a garage sale to finish paying.  She also demanded we have a dumpster at her house the day she signed, which is not how we operate. So with all these concerns, including how soon she wanted it done we felt it best if she hired another company. Today she called ** yelling calling ** rednecks and telling ** we didn't know how to work with people who had money and ended her call telling ** to F*** OFF.  We are not in breech of our contract., if you need any other information or the emails please let ** know.
