    Technician broke a floodlight in my basement. Company denied it, stating "we record every service call and it never occured."

    We appreciate all feedback from our customers.  We absolutely have a set of written core values that we live by and operate by 24/7.  We have accidentally broken things before over the past 30 years and we absolutely fix things and make it right and make our customers happy.  Neither of our employees ever came across a flood light in any way shape or form.  The lights to the basement were already on when they went down to evaluate the area in which work was potentially needed.  If there was a loose light or something in a box that may have gotten knocked over or something like that and we did it then we would take responsibility for it however neither employee heard anything break nor did either of them move a light or break a light or anything like that.  In addition to that as we state in our voice attendant on the phone that every customer listens to, we record all calls and in home presentations for training purposes.  There was nothing that had broken while they were in the home.  If by chance there is something that accidentally happened that we could not have seen if the customer would please take a picture of it as well as the area in which it broke we might be able to put the puzzle together for her and if we are liable for a light then we will take responsibility.  I personally have looked at all of the pictures that were taken and attached to the work order and cannot see anything at all broken in any way shape or form.
