    We had a one come out to level some concrete on June 21, 2019. He told me if the slab settled more than half an inch guaranteed so the one slab has sank more than a half an inch I called today and the lady told me that it’s five-year guarantee and it’son the invoice. I have the invoice here there’s nothing states about the Five-year guarantee. She was not helpful when I said this is what I told them so I have the original invoice and she said she’ll send me a copy of it. All I want is them to do what they said they were gonna do.

    We have attached a copy of the original estimate that was prepared on  05-17-19.  We have a 5 year warranty and have never offered a Lifetime warranty.  When we explained that to Mr.  ****** he stated that the concrete had fallen a few years ago and that he just didn't remember to call.  The leveling work was completed on June 21, 2019 (almost a year out of warranty).  It was original stated by our office that the warranty is on the invoice, but then corrected that it was on the original estimate.  On Friday, April 17 2025 our office emailed Mr. ****** a copy of the estimate showing the warranty.  We have more documentation that we can show you the edits of the estimate to prove that we did not change the warranty information.
