    On Oct 24, 2024, I purchased 25 Derby Originals Stall storage bags for $524.13. I then had the bags monogrammed for another $250. These were purchased as Christmas gifts and thus the bags began to be used around Jan 1, 2025. Less than a month later, most of the 25 bags were torn where the bags fasten to the stall doors, and a good number of bags became unusable because they would no longer stay affixed to the stall door. I notified Derby Original Sales on Feb 3, 2025 that I was unhappy with the quality of the bags. On Feb 4, 2025, I sent pictures of the bags and on Feb 6, I sent 2 of the bags back to Derby Originals. The contact at Derby Originals, John E*****, told me they were researching the issue but were unable to reproduce the failure. On Feb 13, 2025, I sent more pictures of the other 23 stall bags, which were much worse than they were on Feb 3, 2025, when I first made contact with Derby Originals. On Feb 20, 2025, John indicated that they were still working on this and would need another 40 days to research the problem. To which I replied that I wanted a refund, not new bags. John indicated that they still have not determined that the damage was due to accident or failure. I have checked reviews on other websites where these bags can be purchased and many of the reviews indicate similar issues. I have spent almost $800 on these bags and have nothing to show for it. I feel like Derby Originals knows there is an issue and does not want to refund my purchase price. The other buyers bought a single stall bag and thus didn't bother with a return. I can attach the pictures I sent to Derby Originals if necessary.
