      Royalty Roofing has done a great job from our roof and siding installation to now the windows! ******* is amazing to work with! He is very knowledgeable and helpful! He responds to questions quickly. ***** and **** recently installed our windows and they were very polite and professional! They did a great job cleaning up after the installation! I definitely recommend Royalty Roofing and their team!

      ******* was on time and very professional. One aspect of his visit that really stood out to me was his honesty. He wasnt trying to push me into a project that I didnt need but instead was straightforward with my options. If I have any other roofing needs in the future, he will be the first ****** I call.

      I had a roof installed in March 2023 and within 7 months some of the shingles looked wavy. I called and after 2 attempts someone came out and replaced a few shingles, which they left on my lawn, as if they threw them off the roof and didn't bother to pick them up, when finshed. The wavy shingles are now follwed by a leak by the valley connecting my garage and house . I was just told today that the wood must be bad or I may have a truss problem, but nothing I described is under warranty. I cannot even get the service manager to come out and inspect the roof. I spent over ****** dollars on this roof less than 16 months ago and have had nothing but problems with the work and the employees, except the office staff, they are helpful and very polite.I would find another roofing contractor if I were you. I wish I had more knowledge before I hired them through ****.

      I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I bought a house that supposedly had a New roof 7 yrs ago and Royalty Roofing was who put it on according to the homeowner we bought the house from. When a roofing company does a roof they normally have a warranty but this company gave us a run around about how the paperwork is in the old system and that they would need someone to get in the old system and find it which never happended. After several phone calls later (a month worth) and the promise for someone to look in the old system they finally told us it was going to cost US 1500 for them to come out and fix the issue. The so called new roof's shingles are coming up because the roof underneath wasn't laid properly and there are no vents which should have been done with the original Roof that Royalty put on. This company DOES NOT stand behind their work and expects the homeowner to pay for Royaltys mistakes.

      *********************, according to our records, the roof was installed in 2015, which was established during the first phone call with your husband. We offer a nontransferable 10 year workmanship warranty. We've been out to the property several times and have been more than willing to work with you on this issue, even though it falls outside of our warranty. We are standing behind what was written in our contact.

      Apparently, Royalty Roofing company only offers financing by applying and approval and use of their specific credit card company their set up with for the ONLY financing option. NO other financing options are allowed besides all upfront thousands of dollars. This payment requirements are both a HUGE inconvenience to their customers as the ONLY method for financing with this Company. Nope! I am NOT applying for your hugely high interest rate credit card approval for your business services for just a roof fix.We were willing to have our debit card on file with them for automatic monthly payments. They denied any other financing options except their financing credit card approval. NOPE! We will not be working with this Company. HUGE financial inconvenience and I should NOT be required to open a credit card they ONLY contract with for your services. Zero stars. We did not proceed with any services. Very highly disappointed because of their great reviews on here.

      We had a great experience from beginning to end and very glad we chose Royalty Roofing. ***** was our contact and he was so nice and very knowledgeable! He took extra time to really identify and photograph our our roofing issues. I really appreciated the time he took to explain it all and review all our roofing options. ***** was always quick to respond when I had questions.We had a roof leak and ***** came out and installed a temporary tarp on our roof to keep the leak from getting worse until our install. The Crew that removed our old roof and installed our new roof was top notch! They came around 7 am and were done installing and cleaning up around 12 pm. I was so impressed with how quick they worked and they cleaned up so well we never had any debris in our yard. Our roof looks great and the team even came out again recently to fix an exhaust pipe that was having some issues. Thanks again for such a great experience Royalty Roofing Team! I cant recommend them enough!
