      In February of 2023 I responded to advertisement on the internet regarding solar panels. I was contacted by Zachery ****** (Northeastern Resources, LLC) who came to my house to introduce me to the idea of Solar Panels for my home. He told me that by adding solar panels to my home my electric bill would be zero because the electricity generated by the panels would produce 100% of my electricity usage. He also told me that I would receive a generator with the panels and the installation.

      The panels were installed and were up and running in May of 2023. I noticed right away that my electric bill was not decreased. I contacted ******** several times and was told that the panels were functioning properly. I contacted them many times over the months and getting the same response that the panels are producing.

      It has been 9 months since the installation of the panels and my monthly cost for electricity to my home is costing me $2000 more per year (averaged over the past 9 months).

      I have prepared copies of all electricity bills, the purchase agreement, billing statements, payment records, advertisements, complaints from other consumers, proposal and a total breakdown of average costs and actual costs.

      We confirmed with ******** that your system is producing property. A physical site survey was complete and final design communications with production information were sent out on Feb 10th. Please make sure to cancel any third party supplier you may have for your electric.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


      Northeastern Resources made many promises and misrepresented in many ways. I was told that my electric bill would be zero  I was told that I would save money by purchasing the panels  The representative ******* was dishonest in his promises to me  I am now paying more for my electric utilities  Northeastern needs to review the breakdown that sent with the original complaint  The numbers to NOT match what this company promised me If the panels are working properly then it only proves the false promises I was made. Why would I purchase the system for $85,000 to pay more for my electric?  I’m 69 years old and will never recoup from the financial downfall with this system Because the salesman lied to me

We have also attached the interconnection agreement that was signed by *** ****** Please make sure that you cancel any third party energy suppliers to get the most out of your solar system's production.
