    Hired Lindsay ***** as a wedding coordinator and florist for a wedding on Saturday, October 7, 2023. On August 2, 2023, she resigned as our wedding coordinator and said she would continue as our florist if we wanted her to. Under the circumstances, we decided to not go forward with her as the florist either. This was two months before the wedding. We (my daughter and I - it was her wedding) had to scramble and pick up the pieces. In doing so, we discovered that the details Lindsay apparently had done, were not done at all! She told us she had made some of the arrangements, but never did (i.e., booking a block of rooms at a hotel). Since she resigned, we asked her to refund us the floral deposit of $2,500 since we didn't feel comfortable using her any more since she resigned as our wedding coordinator. We did not ask her for a refund of the $1,500 deposit as our wedding coordinator, which we probably should have. However, at this point, we are only looking for a return of the $2,500. We requested the refund multiple times to no avail. The last time was on December 29, 2023.
