    Arrogant and literally no customer service. When you call they are rude and dismissive. They showed up unannounced today and turned our gas off claiming they were running pressure tests. No explanation and then left and gas was still turned off. They claim we are responsible for turning the gas back on at the meter and relight our appliances. We used to be ******** Gas at 2 of our properties. ******** sold the lines ot Consumer Cooperative and it has been a bad experience, terrible customer service. They are not regulated by the PUCO so they get waway with doing what ever they want to do regardless of customer impact. We have called ******** to have new lines put in but they would have to dig up the road back to their transmission and it would cost too much.
