    Freedom fireplace ordered the wrong bricks and charged me for them, took down my chimney to my roof that I had to get up there and put a tarp and now they wont finish the job that they got paid for. They want me to pay again for another order of bricks. They refuse to change the bricks that they ordered wrong. Picture a chimney that only goes up to your roof and with a tarp over it and when it rains water comes in thats how they left my chimney and its been about a month. Freedom fireplace is a company that everyone should stay away from they dont fix their mistakes I give it 0 stars but for me to submit this claim I have to put a star.
