    Id like to formally lodge a compliant against Moyer Property Services, located at ***** *********** ** ** ********* **** *****, for their unauthorized chemical spraying in my families food garden on Wednesday June 5th 2024 at approximately 1:47 pm est.

    On the aforementioned date, Moyer Property Services was contracted by the adjoining property owners to spray our food supply during a property dispute. Without prior discussion or consent, they proceeded to apply chemical sprays that were not suitable for food gardens.In a fenced off area. This action has resulted in tainting the food and the ground with toxic chemicals. The contamination of the produce and potential health risk to my family and animals needs immediate attention.

    Despite several attempts to resolve this matter directly with the service provider including phone calls and voicemails. We have not been able to reach any result the company has not even called us back to provide us with the chemicals that were sprayed on the food garden. The lack of response and accountability from Moyer Property Services has left us no choice but to seek assistance from the Better Business Bureau.

    We expect Moyer Property Services to give a full explanation as to why they sprayed the food as well as exactly what compounds were used. Compensate for the damages incurred, and assure that such incidents will not recur in the future. Additionally we would like confirmation that Moyer will not be back to my property for any reason ever again. The chemical was described by the neighbor during a recorded call, was a chemical used to kill everything but "really good grass".

    We have video surveillance of the company spraying the food garden. OTHER FOOTAGE SHOWS THE GARDEN WAS THE ONLY AREA SPRAYED The extent of the damage has not been assessed yet. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will take this complaint seriously and assist us in achieving a fair resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter

    The issue at hand relates to a property dispute between the client that we service and the neighbor who complained. We were servicing and doing what our client told us to do. Since this issue has taken place, our client has had the property surveyed and proved that they own the property in question. Therefore your person or complaintant is at fault.   On June 5 at 1:45 pm Tim sprayed broadleaf, weed spray and  fertilizer at **** ******* address.

    We tried calling ************ and *********** with no answer or call back.

    Took pictures on June 9 th of garden and all is fine. Kurt M****.  Moyer Property Service Inc.
