I cannot recommend this company. The original finish did not last six months.
I hired Miracle Method (MM) in Jun '23 to fix a crack in my bathroom sink. The repair required the entire sink be sprayed/refinished. The total job cost $815, with sink refinishing being $390 of that total. By Feb '24 the finish was peeling around the drain. I called MM before my 1-yr warranty expired, and sent text pictures. When I followed up, the staff said I was out of warranty. Once I proved that I called within the warranty period (thanks to the pics I sent), MM sent someone out to refinish the sink again. MM sprayed another thick layer on the sink. The finish started to peel off in sheets. I called again, asking for a refund, The owner said, "I don't do refunds," but agreed it was a failure of the product to adhere properly and said MM would have to completely strip the bowl and respray it, and that it would take two full days. I explained I can't keep taking days off work for MM's mistake. After an email exchange, MM only offered $200 based on its cost to send a guy out. I repeated that $390 would be fair since the finish completely failed. The owner sent an email saying that the finish was not under warranty and that the peeling were actually chips and that he should have never covered my repair in the first place because it wasn't part of the original area of concern. In other words, he was now making up reasons to not make me whole.
I made a claim within my warranty period, the finish is peeling off and unsighly, and the owner would rather look for excuses to not refund me the full value of sink refinishing or have me spend two days away from work. As a small business owner myself, I find it hard to believe that he won't simply refund the portion of the work that has completely failed.
Please consider whether it's better to just buy new instead of taking a chance on shoddy work from Miracle Method. Miracle Method will NOT go above and beyond to make things right.
