    They add a 495 nitrogen air and 995 ceramic coating to all car deals and when you say you don’t want they say it is mandatory. This is illegal and they need to be stopped. They have shady sales tactics by offering way beLow book on trades and then sale over msrp on all cars. They also don’t respond once you figure this out and they will not negotiate.

    *****Because of the safe repairs & excellent customer service from Steve *******s team to include Kendyl ***** Alyssa Jones, Brooke *******, Parts Gary ******, Chauffeur Mannie ******, Rennes Reception, Master Mechanic Tony *****  My awkwardly timed breakdown with a leaking EGR valve and need for a new transmission, turned from a catastrophe to a quality repair and a team who got me back on the road as a travel nurse on her way to a new job.
    Parts were obtained and competitively fairly priced. Work was safe and excellent. Communication from Customer service was clear, responsive, friendly and prompt. I will deliberately change my driving to stop here for service because they are a gold standard for reliability! Standing ovation *****

    Premise of Complaint:
    Because of the incompetency of the employees at Westside Toyota (27000 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070), I drove with my family (wife and 2 kids, 7 and 8 years old) 250 miles to pickup a car just to realize there were things wrong with the car (despite communications from the dealer stating otherwise) that ultimately broke the deal and we couldn’t purchase the car. This happened twice with 2 different cars. People responsible for this were mainly salesman Carlos ****, but also sales managers Jordan ****** and during our last visit Bob ****** as well.
    Summarized background of first trip:
    On Nov-24 contacted dealer interested in a car. Talked with Carlos and asked questions including whether middle row stowed away, to which the answer was “Yes”. So we rented a car and drove from Cincinnati to pickup the car on November 25th. When arrived we realized the 2nd row did not stow away. Since this was a MUST, we could not purchase this car and had to arrange another way to return home since our rental was supposed to be returned to the Cleveland airport that day.
    Background of second trip:
    On Nov-25th while still at the dealership we looked for other vehicles in the area. There was another car on the same dealership, a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica that met most of our criteria. We couldn’t agree on anything because they said it had to go through service before negotiating anything. Per communications from Carlos all service was completed on Friday December 1st, and all issues fixed. Again we rented a car and drove on December 9th. Upon arrival sales managers Jordan and Bob told us the car had a broken actuator and a check-engine light on. They offered to send it to a Chrysler dealership to get it fixed and then ship the car to us, but we no longer trusted anyone in this place to agree to this. So given this was the second time they violated out trust with their incompetence, we decided not to purchase this car or any other car at this dealership.
