I bought a used Nissan rogue sport 2018 from them with 7000 miles on it. I have taken my car up there every time my car needed an oil change or service. I took my car up there to have an oil change at 16,500 miles and I was told my brakes and everything was in the green my car was in great shape. I took my car back up there to get an oil change when it was due at 20,000 miles and they are telling me that my brakes have 3% material left and they are in the red and they need to be changed immediately. I asked him how did my brakes get bad so quick so fast when you just told me that my brakes were in the green And my car was fine. I literally went one oil change and my brakes went from green to red in 3000 miles. The paperwork speaks for itself they dropped the ball they changed my oil and never even bothered to check the brakes because there was only a little over 16,000 miles on it. So I received a call from Trevor and he was explaining all this to me and I told him to hold off on the brakes and he was so rude to me he tried to shame me and talk down to me because I told him not to do the brakes right now because I found somewhere cheaper but I didn’t tell him that. So then I go up there to pick up my car from the oil change and I talk to Trevor and I ask him can I talk to you and he tells me I only got a minute so hurry so I try to explain to him that I brought the car up there and everything was fine and he told me well your car is ready go down to the cashier. So I went down to the cashier and we called for the manager Mike and he came over and I try to explain to him what was going on and he wouldn’t even look us in the eye he would not look me in the eye at all when I spoke to him and all he kept saying was sure sure. He never took accountability or anything for what they did to me that was my safety and they just let it go like nothing. I trusted them. I would have never let me brakes get down to 3% never. I will never go there again. Beware for your safety.
