I recently hired Superior Quality Building and Remodeling to add an addition to my living room, and the results are incredible! From the start, their team was professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. They listened to my ideas, offered great suggestions, and brought my vision to life flawlessly.
The construction process was smooth and on schedule, with excellent communication every step of the way. Their workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and the new addition blends seamlessly with my home. I couldn’t be happier with the transformation! If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled construction company, I highly recommend Superior Quality Building and Remodeling! Thank you for such amazing results and workmanship.

Enjoyed my dialogue and communication with Steve, was friendly, knowledgeable and a great face for business. My project wasn’t very big, and ultimately the Amish crew was onsite for less than 15 hours total for my addition. Some of my issues are on me and my fault. However, the crew could’ve acted like they cared at all about how they went about the work in addition to how they left my property looking. I supplied the architectural plans/drawings that the crew chief/ builder seemingly couldn’t follow. Obviously there will be questions along the way, and I certainly provided effort to meet the demands that arise. Shortly into the project I mentioned the ceiling removal as to what they were working on. He seemed mystified. I then had to explain the existing ceiling was to be removed if you’re trying to get to the ridge beam. I was taken aback at the straight forward nature of this addition and the blatant inability to grasp the concept. I took 2 days off work to be there and I’m glad I did, and I think most people should. As we continued to move forward, the plans had all the numbers, details seemingly kept getting bypassed in lieu of asking me. As I’m now working the project I keep seeing more and more just trash work from sheathing gaps up to 1/2” that just needed to be stacked and fastened, to not square rough openings, studs not being plumbed, headers not on jack studs, the adjacent original roof rafter which could’ve been used to tie the new addition together for structure was just left sitting w a 3” overhang of sheathing with a 2x4 fastened under it exposing a full 1/2-3/4” gap. That wall is hanging. The Sheathing contouring the roof sits 2”+ off the roof, joist hangers hanging 3/8” off the joists almost half fastened. This crew was a joke, in the biggest hurry ever, riddled everything w 3” nails at poor angles with little bite. It’s almost like they never done this. I’ve talked to Steve and sent pics, but even after all of it, the owners never reached out.
