    In the May of this year I ordered a customer dining room table and three wood shelves. The dining room table was quoted at 20 weeks max and the shelves were quoted at 16 weeks max. Both deadlines have come and gone and I've heard nothing from the business. When I attempted to reach them the phone inbox was full and my emails go unanswered. I had to put down a 50% deposit on on the table and we paid the shelves in full. I have the receipts for the orders.

    June 3rd, 2023: placed order for (4) reclaimed barn wood boards to be milled at later date. Paid $337.82 ($100 was from a purchase of a stained glass window)
    June 16th 2023: returned to facility in North Ridgeville to chalk up the boards for the milling process. Paid $203.96

    Was told expected finished products to be completed around 6 to 8 weeks.

    Multiple phone calls to Tori at the shop and her cellphone were placed by myself and my wife with no return call or text.
