      I had a kitchen remodel done with HHI. I cannot speak highly enough of Dan and his craftsmanship. He is a true professional. His and Kinda’s communication was what impressed me the most.In the world of so many options to choose from, you will not be disappointed in choosing a company that has such phenomenal people. From **** ****** *** and the rest of the crew it is who you can trust.

      We were very happy with the whole experience. We contacted them regarding a shower remodel. Kinda called us within a day or two to set up the appointment. She was knowledgeable, answered our questions and there was no high pressure, which we appreciated. She called the owner, ********, while filling out the paperwork, so we could “meet” him and ask any further questions. We felt the price was fair knowing the other information that we had. They said it would be 4-6 weeks, but all materials came in quickly and they set up a sooner start date. **** and his assistant were here for 2 and 1/2 days. They were courteous, answered any questions, cleaned up at the end of each day and seemed to take time to do the job right. We have nothing negative to say. All went well and our shower stall is exactly what we wanted. We will hire them again for another future project.

      I have had a bathroom remodeling project on my to do list for a few years. I finally started to research contractors and businesses so I could get the project started this year. I knew I wanted to update my bathroom, but I wasn’t sure what I was looking for…other than something tasteful, economical and updated. I happened to be looking on the Next Door website for bathroom remodeler reviews and recommendations, and Hobbs Home Improvement was mentioned in a review. Very good reviews were posted and then I checked their website and noted an overall 5 star rating.
      I requested a free estimate so that I could get going on the project. I was very upfront in letting them know that I was going to get more than one estimate so that I could see what kind of budget I was looking at. Kinda made a sales call to my home on 20 May. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and very transparent about everything. She measured the space, discussed options with me, and kept me – the customer – at the center of the conversation (which doesn’t always happen with some companies). The experience was very positive, and I think Kinda might have been at my home longer than she had planned, but she wanted to be sure that I had all the information I needed in order to make an informed decision. She also called the owner to discuss project specifics and pricing. I hadn’t planned on signing them on to do the work, but they worked with me in negotiating a fair price and I felt comfortable working with Kinda. I felt a “good vibe” from the owner as well. I’m excited to get the project going and can’t wait to see the final product! I’ll be back with my post project review!
