There should be at least one parking spot for each home. Shouldn't have to pay for a garage to guarantee a spot, that's what rent is for. People park behind cars blocking them in or in the lot where ever in a non parking spot. There's also a very long waiting list for a garage because people have more garages and cars than how many the lease says you're allotted. In winter plowing is minimum. Salting is zero. Whole parking lot was iced over many times for days. They keep saying they're working on it. No, they're not. Been like this for over 10 years. Also, lights in building should be on all the time. Often pitch black. No concern for safety. The timer is never right and when it storms during the day making it dark inside so just leave them on. Also need lights in the garages and around them and parking lot as well. Very dark at night walking. They also say don't call them if you're locked out which is illegal. They have to let you in your home. If it happens I'll call the cops and they can call the emergency number to have someone open the door. Doesn't happen often, but sometimes people forget or lose things.

This review is related to The Revere at Barton’s Run in Lebanon TN. This used to be a great complex but in the last year concerning changes have occurred. Current management held raffles for $50 gift cards to generate positive reviews (Tell us why you’re lucky to live here! Leave a review in exchange for an entry into a raffle for a $50 gift card!) which treads very closely to breaking Tennessee’s consumer protection laws regarding false reviews, claims to be gated community and charges for gate passkey on leasing but gates have been left open on entry and exit sides since January with the rare exception that they are closed. When this is reported to current management they claim it is the fault of the gate repair company getting faulty parts or dragging their feet ordering parts. Currently it has been open for over two months straight with no attempt made at repair. Previous management had no issues maintaining the gate. They advertise a community wall during their sales pitch but sensor you if you post a complaint about the gates being broken or your vehicle being broken into or stolen to cover up the fact that this complex has a problem with criminal activity. Skirting around the issue of false claims regarding being a gated community by HAVING a gate. It’s just never closed. Misleading advertising.

They tried to exterminate “local” wildlife… AKA pigeons… and almost killed MY CAT in the process. Horrible business practice against society and world views. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Be warned that this is an active construction site. I lived here for a year and the entire time I lived there we had no pool, no BBQ area, outdoor seating, fireplace, no gated community or other listed amenities. The clubhouse was completed right around Christmas, but I had already been living there 3-4 months. The parking lot was paved while apartments were full and shook the entire building. Clearly comfort of the residents was not the first priority. ***** services weren't available in the beginning and there were just dumpsters in the middle of parking lots. In general the apartment was an entirely unpleasant experience. I paid extra for a bottom floor apartment so I could have plants in the mulched areas but instead received aggressive notices stating nothing could be extended off the cement patio. Fine, I bought a metal rack to put plants on. Then more notices.. rack and all items on it must be removed by x date, no table allowed by front door (to place groceries on while unlocking with full hands), no bags of soil for planting, no plants in breezeway. Mind you many other neighborhoods were doing the same things and no residents were complaining about my patio or plants. Being on the first floor just made it more visible as they walked by and showed the new construction units to future residents. As other reviews state it's a situation of just trying to generate money by filling apartments instead of treating your curent tenants well. The unit itself was a disaster as well. Thin walls and ceilings meant I heard every step, every bit of music, every load of laundry.. it was so bad that I could hear the upstairs neighbor slide the hangers in her closet. The doors have no soft close feature so they slam if you don't take care to close them quietly. It felt like living in a cheap hotel.. doors slamming and people thundering up and down the steps. The paint was borderline primer. No hand towel rack, toilet lid, thin pantry rack. They'll charge fees for anything
