      I filed a complaint concerning a sales issue regarding customer service and the manager of a location RXP oversees. Shortly after submitting the complaint, I was contacted by district manager **** *******. I explained the issue and he acknowledged I had a valid point. He also let me know that the manager I worked with before was no longer employed by RXP. Mr. ******* offered a solution I felt was fair and told me he would need time to make it happen. A month later I decided to reach out since I had not heard from Mr. ******* and felt he had ample time to work the solution he offered. I made two phone calls and left voicemails with my contact information. On the third phone call I was directed straight to voicemail. I realized I was being ignored by Mr. ******* and he was not going to honor his commitment to resolving the issue.

      We have worked with the customer to finish the issue and the customer received what they wanted.

      The customer requested a buyout of the device which we completed so he could use the device overseas.

      Customer gave us information that they were happy with the outcome and had no issue going forward.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am happy with the outcome and find they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. It’s regrettable that it too as long as it did and required multiple complaints on various platforms. Overall 8/10.
