5 starsI just had my first HVAC maintenance visit from aJackson Comfort technician. He did a great job and provided great, useful information about my air conditioning system. The technicians name was *******************. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. 5 stars**************** Replaced 30 year old air conditioner and 20 year old furnace, by installers ******************** and ***. These newly installed units were checked over again by technician **** a week later. Outcome was everything we wanted and more. Excellent workmanship, efficient and focused on the job. Personable, courteous and answered all questions. From salesman Bill, to the surveyors and down the line, Jackson Comfort is outstanding. We give them a 10++.Would highly recommend them. 5 starsDue to a recent downstairs ceiling water leak from clogged furnace drains (located on 2nd floor of my condo), I called Jackson Comfort on a Saturday emergency basis. I can't say enough great things about Jackson Comfort and the technician **** who came to my home! The technician called to suggest things I should do before he got to my home. Upon arrival all areas of my condo were checked, confirming the downstairs ceiling ductwork was leaking from the furnace drain pan / clogged furnace drains. After the initial emergency work was completed, I was given peace of mind to call back if more leaking was detected plus Jackson Comfort would return on Monday to reassess and finish the work/repairs. Such a wonderful company to have on your side for regular HVAC maintenance but especially during an emergency!!Review fromChad L

5 starsRepaired our A/C compressor- on time for the appointment, friendly, and all around professional. We will definitely use them for service and maintenance calls in the future.
