    November of 2021 our furnace needed repaired. It needed two parts. The guy who came to fix it was still in training and came alone. He replaced one part and the furnace was still making an awful sound. He unhooked a part and called his boss and told him the furnace ran fine with that part unhooked. The boss was nasty to his worker and was yelling at him. He didn't understand what his worker was telling him. He then asked if it is running and blowing heat? He told him yes, so the boss said then collect your money and move on you have been there to long. Come Summer and time for the A/C it did not work. It was the part he left unhooked that needed replaced. I called to have them come fix it and the boss basically went off on me saying that his guy wouldn't do that and accused us of messing with it and we never touched it. He refused to do anything about it. So we had to call someone else to fix it. Just be careful if you have them do work for you!
