      08*/13/23 Allied Plumbing came and relaced the seals (toilet to floor) on two of my toilets on one of the two the plumber did not install the hold down screw into the slot far enough and after using by sitting down on the toilet the screw came out and one side was not attached and rocking when sitting on it I called them and the sane plumber came back and did the same as before. After using the toilet the same problem, the toilet was loose on one side. I called again they switched me to another employee who said he would call me back. He did not call. I called again and he sat up a appointment for 8am the next day. He did not show up. I called again . No response from them. I'm trying the BBB
