Purchased my home 11/2017. Started having a ceiling leak shortly after. Reached out to **** ****** who gave me an estimate for a whole roof replacement 1/2019 for $8500. Roof was fully replaced 2/2019 and I have had issues and leaks ever since. I have every message, pic, and promise made to fix these problems. Hes always a no show or fixes it half assed only to have to reach out again because this lifetime warranty is never ending. I have major issues going on with my roof, back door, and attic leaking terribly at the moment and he has promised to come out and again a no show. Im fed up and would rather get a refund and take my business elsewhere than to deal with this any longer.

I replaced her roof 6 years ago. Roughly a year after she called and had water coming out of her bathroom exhaust vent.  I went and checked it out and the exhaust vent tube was disconnected, which was an issue from the previous owner. I put an exhaust fan vent in her roof.  This issue had nothing to do with the roof I put on the previous year, but I helped her out anyways and put a new one in.  On February 15, 2025 she sent me a picture of a small water spot above her outside door on the north side of her house.  At that time, I told her that her gutter was filled with ************ causing a roof ****, I could see this in the picture.  On Monday the 17th, I went and cleaned all the snow and ice out of the gutter, which was built up 3 inches above the roof. And at that time inspected the rest of the roof.  There is no shingles missing and no shingles loose.  From the outside the roof is very solid. I contacted her and told her I had done that.  Then she sent me pictures from being in the attic of the underneath of some plywood and the plywood is punky, meaning it is black on the bottom.  I immediately told her that she has a ventilation problem, that it is sweating from the inside out due to improper ventilation.  If the roof was leaking from the outside in your roof would be laying in the attic and your ceiling would be laying on the floor.  The pictures clearly show that the insulation is not wet or batted down and there are cobwebs all around the chimney and under the plywood which clearly wouldn't be there if it was leaking from the top down.  I then told her that as soon as the weather breaks, middle of March or first of April, that I would come and take care of the ventilation problem in the attic and remove the shingles on the back of the house and replace the plywood that is punky and put new shingles down.  I offered to do this to help her out.  The issues she is experiencing right now are not due to the roof I put on but the improper ventilation that was installed by the previous owner.  I have been in business for 40 years and have very few complaints.  When a customer reaches out to me with an issue, I always take care of it as quickly as I can.
