    I've being receiving correspondence from different sources of Ameripath for it seems a medical bill since June 2022
    Unfortunately the correspondence only list an AC# - I have repeatedly sent several correspondence back requesting a full itemized bill along with provider, date, etc.

    My last correspondence was sent to Ameripath on 09/28/22 and previously on 07/25/22 -

    To date, I have not receive the detailed invoice requested - their correspondence indicated that i can request a detail invoice if the invoice is not recognized -

    3-4 months has past by and correspondence has being sent requesting a full invoice for visibility with no response - at this point this seems a way of harassment since they can not reproduce the actually invoice (if any) - they either provide the requested document (4 months now!) or they need to stop and desist
