  This company dropped me as a customer when I wrote a bad review about them online and basically rubbed it in my face that they where the only place that takes my insurance they where completely improper and unprofessional please do not use there business

  At check-in the front desk makes a copy of a patient's drivers license and insurance card.. Occasionally, the front desk person will be distracted by the phones or another patient and may forget to promptly return the cards. I apologize for this. The patient came to the front after the x-ray was taken and asked if we still needed the cards. They were returned before the patient left the office. On July 31, 2023, the patient had an initial appointment. An x-ray was taken to be sent to insurance for preauthorization, the ok from the insurance carrier to start treatment.. The preauthorization was submitted on August 2, 2023. The approval from the insurance carrier was received August 14, 2023, 11 business days after the patient's first visit. Before the preauthorization approval arrived the patients daughter wrote a review stating how displeased they were that the office had not yet scheduled an appointment.The office makes a good denture, but it takes time. If the daughter and patient were disappointed with the time lapse between the initial visit and scheduling - they would be very unhappy waiting for denture fabrication..The office accepts cash and many insurance providers. All patients are treated professionally. The staff has many positive reviews recognizing their kindness and courtesy,The only reason for suggesting the patient try another office is making the denture here would take too long. I wish the patient great success with the denture and a beautiful smile.
