      On January 10, 2024 Tesco delivered a bus purchased by myself for $46,900.00. There were ****** miles on the bus after the delivery. This delivery consisted of a drive from **** to **************. Upon filling up the gas tank completely full for the first time, we noticed a pungent smell of gasoline. We immediately stopped driving the bus as it was a safety concern. We reached out to Tesco on April 01, 2024 to address the concern. *************************** responded that we should have a facility look at the bus. We had the bus looked at and quickly realized there was a dangerous leak in the fuel tank. Upon receiving the news, we reached back out to Tesco to share the concerning information we were told by the mechanic. Tesco did not return emails on multiple accounts until April 15, 2024 when we then copied in the President of the company. *************************** admitted that Tesco was at fault sharing that it was more than likely a mistake made by their service department but stated that there was no warranty and the bus was sold as is. The mechanic that serviced the bus called us again and communicated that it was not just a fuel leak. They told us that someone had illegally patched the fuel tank to cover up a much larger issue. Per these professional mechanics, this is extremely unsafe and nearly unheard of. We then sent pictures, videos and verbal information back to *************************** at Tesco. *************************** quickly changed his original reasonings he shared with us and now stated that it was more than likely the fault of the previous bus owner and proceeded to take no responsibility. We then shared the pictures, videos and mechanics overview with the President of Tesco as well as requested payment for the repair as well as loss of use. They said they would pay for the repair, but would only send the check after we signed a document stating we would not share a negative review of the business. We are not satisfied as we did not receive compensation for repair or loss of use.

      We apologize for this issue, and have consistently agreed to pay for the entire repair. We have the estimate, we agreed to pay the estimate, in writing via the release letter. We hope the repair was made and eagerly await the signed release letter e-mailed to ********************************* for payment directly to your company. The release letter, is required via our policy, because the terms of the sale were clearly stated on the sales contract.

      Used commercial vehicles, buses and cars do require repairs, both routine and unforeseen, but TESCO does not cover anything related to loss of use.

      In closing, we apologize for the issue, TESCO is ready to pay for the entire repair, quickly this week, and in full.
