    I had paid 1,062.00 in cash for my room for 9 days I then left due to loosing my job after 3 days Ii checked out. There were 6 days that should of been refunded to me for the total of 708.00 I was told that they gave the refund to the company that I was there working with

    Mr. ***** ******** has filed multiple complaints with IHG/Holiday Inn in regards to this matter and proven to be false. This individual was removed from the hotel by his employer who paid for his room. His employer was reimbursed for the reminder of his stay as they should have been. Please let me know if you have any other questions in regards to this matter.

    The company that I worked for took the per diem out of my final check . They lied to you and you should of never given my cash to them. I enclosed the copy of my check stub from them please look at it and send me my money.

    Mr. ******** was removed from the hotel by his employer who had a few rooms with us at the time. Again, the money was refunded back to his employer. Myself, his company and IHG have all spoke and has been settled on our end. This dispute should be between his company and himself. I will be more than happy yet again to get his company involved, the same as I had to do with IHG to confirm the validity of what actually occurred. The money was refunded back to the proper party. His company taking money out of his payroll is not something that I can control here at the hotel.

    I am rejecting this response because:I recived 1400. From my employer in cash to spend how ever I wanted to I could of gotten a tent and stayed on the job site if I wanted to and kept all the money but instead I chose to stay at your hotel. I paid cash out of my hand for that room because that was my cash. Now how can you hand that money to anyone else?
