      Yes, this is ****** R. *******, case number 234-29015. I have a complaint about ********************. They did the back. They did not do the front. But they charged me $91 and some cents. And I will pay for the back. I will not pay for the front that wasn't done. And I would like to pay $40-some, which would be half, and bring this resolution to fruition.       On 3/11/2025 we applied clients first application which included the front and the back lawn areas per our agreement with client.Mrs did not mention anything about this application until 4/1/2025 at which time she cancelled service.Had she called when the service was done we could have sent someone to check as our company uses only dry products but after 3-4 weeks it would be difficult to see anything especially after all the rain we have had this year. We also offered to reapply the entire application at that time which she also declined.Mrs stated her Ring camera did not pick up anyone treating the front lawn, which would have picked up all movement in the front. Ring cameras are notorious for not picking up movement since they are only live with movement but not guaranteed. We asked Mrs if she could send any video to us and she declined. Please note that it makes no sense to treat the back and passing by the front and not treating it. We have had this client since 2022 and each season she has called stating we have not treated and on one occasion her neighbor intervened and told her he watched us treat.In 2023 client stated we did not treat and at that time we applied a 100% credit for the application to her account. Mrs had accused us each and every season of not treating the lawn but continues to use us. Please be advised all of our service vehicles are GPS monitored with cameras for this very reason.I see no reason to issue any credit since we have tried to resolve this by retreating lawn at no charge to Mrs but she declines preferring to only want to negotiate the price each and every year.

      I read the ans from the company. There are several untruths. I am still unsatisfied. But since account is closed nothing I can do. I am 91 years old living on a pension. I pay for work done. I have had run in with this company for several years. I hope this goes in a file for this company so other senior citizens will be forewarned of their practices. Thank you. Mrs Gilbert

      I am sending this info to you for your review. Addressing the untruths in the company’s letter. I have complained about the treatment. Never asked for refund. The company asked if I wanted copy of film from their truck. I said to send to BBB. Since I am 91 not sure what to do with it. My neighbor did not see application. She said she saw truck. I will pay for application to back yard. But unfair to pay for front since was not done. if can’t be resolved. Hope you can put this complaint in company’s file so other seniors can be aware of their practices   Thank you. Mrs Gilbert
