      Called business for a quote to replace a garage door. Never was informed quotes were service charge based.. business proceeded to send an invoice in the amount of 95.00 stating they attempted repair! I called to inquire about this and the business said they would reach back out to me with support. I have not heard back from them.

      Magic door representative “*****” reached out to me and stated that there was a mistake made in sending out the invoice and that nothing is owed. This matter has been resolved as of Monday July 22, 2024 at 10:13 am. Please reference this response in communications with Magic Door.
