      In early 2024 I called smuckers about meow mix's my 6 cats was throwing up from eating the meow mix's they sent me 25$ in coupons for the 2 bags of cat food my 2 other friends had issues with their cats with the cat food and they also gotten coupons. On march 14, 2024 my diabetic cat samba was rushed to the hospital and hypoglycemic crisis the cat was throwing up the food once again and I gave samba insulin definitely something was wrong with the meow mix even the new bag I purchase and almost cause the death of my cat I am asking for full reimbursement for the **** *** attachment

      Thank you for reaching out on this matter. 

      Please know that our first priority is to ensure we are supporting our consumers and when there is any concern with their experience, we take that very seriously. 

      In this specific instance, we completed a rigorous review of the consumer's concerns, including evaluating the product in question and having the case details reviewed by a third-party veterinarian. Our evaluation of the product revealed no issues. We also reviewed production for the time period before and after the product was produced and all specifications were in line with our strict quality parameters. Lastly, the third-party veterinarian we consulted concluded that there was no evidence of any food safety issue based on the details on the case. Given this, we offered the proposed compensation as a gesture of goodwill. 

      We obviously are very sorry to hear of the pets' illness and hope they have returned to good health.

      The order was placed on 11/16 with delivery on 7 business days, it is month as of today since the order was placed, I contacted the business twice asking for a refund since they didnt deliver and they refused my request.

      Thank you for making us aware of this issue. Please know that we take any consumer concern seriously and are committed to supporting all matters in a manner that meets expectations, as able. 

      In this instance, we have confirmed via **** that the product shipment from ******************** has been delayed. While it is still expected to arrive to the consumer, given that this has gone outside of a reasonable time for receipt, we have issued the consumer a full refund.

      Smucker manufactures Jif peanut butter. Their product made people sick and they had a nationwide recall. They told people to throw away affected product, and that they would be reimbursed. Their recall web page says "we are committed to reimbursing consumers fairly" (https://www.jif.com/recall). Their product is back on the shelves. But more than 6 months later they have DONE NOTHING to reimburse consumers, and it now costs TWICE AS MUCH to replace that bad peanut butter. Their claim to be committed to fairly reimbursing consumers appears false, since they have failed to take timely action, and they have increased the price of their product.
