We do apologize for your experience. We have dealers all over the united states which we deal with. But there are certain occasions that we and our dealers have to many of one item. So when the supply is greater than the demand for a certain item we do not buy them. If we did buy them from you it would have been at an extremally low price that later on you could have gotten a lot more. Then you would have been upset you did not get a fair price for your items. We strive to give the best price possible and make the customers experience the best possible. Again we do apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you understand we were looking out for your best interest at the time. I understand it does not feel that way to you, it felt like a big waste of time. I will be having conversations with my employees about letting the people in the waiting area if there is something we are currently not purchasing to hopefully help eliminate this in the future.Review fromHOLLY C
