    Gas and electric charges are $50 higher this month this last month and I am seeking an adjustment. Also I want an adjustment for the damages to the wall as I'm well aware it did not take $50 to fix the wall. I already paid a sublet fee so that should have covered any issues or damages in the first place. I believe the charge is unreasonable.

    Complex charged all units a “security deposit” in the middle of our lease of 267$ and there are multiple repairs needing down and we were told we would be put on a list of 100+ work orders and didn’t know when they would get to it. We have had to light our pilot light on our gas water heater ourselves for the past week 5+ times a day, our dryer is broken, and there is a gutter hanging down making our back porch flood. The employees break the lease rules, my neighbor is the office manager and her and her boyfriend smoke marijuana on their back porch, even though it’s against lease policy, but she sends notices out to other residents for the same infraction. They are robbing people of money and refuse to fix anything.
