  August 2022 this company installed concrete pavement on the driveway. Now rain water is flowing to the garage door due to wrong slope made by this company. All my complains are ignored by management, and I want the part of pavement redone to stop water flowing to garage door.
  This company is irresponsible and deceiving me with paromises to perform correct work I paid them $6,000.00 and I want the work finished.

  First we would like to say we are sorry that you feel you have been mislead in anyway. You sent us an email with complaints that were not what is listed here and we did respond as well and that was on the date of July 14th. 2023. At that time you said nothing about water only about items we have nothing to do with like landscaping. We did tell you we would reach out to the city about the grating that you told us the city complained about. After speaking with the City there was never a complaint on their end they said our grating and material were all within compliance. We do not like that you are so not happy with the work but we also want to point out that we have not been paid in full for the work we have done on the letter emailed to you on July 14th also tells you that your invoice was coming to a year of not being paid for. We will take a look at this property again and see if their is anything wrong with the work that was done and completed without full payment being paid. If we find we need to fix something we have no issues in doing so everyone is human we will also ask that the city review this as well.

  Company management provided a false information to BBB-city of Solon didi not accept their work.

  Rain water flows to the entrance door and house base, and this shoul be corrected. Company has been promising to perform all necessary work for about the year-and nothing is done.

  City engineer Mr. ****** did not prepare paper work correctly in August 2022, and he left this position a few monts ago. New engineer does non want to take actions, and he sent us address of insurance company-what to do with that? Today Olga arranged appointment with city mayor. We and Painsville Asphalt do not have final document endorsing work from city of Solon.
