    I have been to this shop with very simple needs on my laptop. When I came to pick it up they did something entirely different than my instructions. They said they was trying to save me money. Not true the price for services rendered didn’t drop one cent they just made their work easier (lazy) I told them to not think for me and give me what I want not what you feel I should have. They agreed to set things straight. The second time I picked it up looks like they did as promised. Nope lazy again they took out my 1 T hard drive and replaced it with a different one with 1/4 of the memory. I paid for a data transfer from my hard dive to a memory stick and they have the gull to even charge me another $40 on top of it. If they refuse yes refuse because this is the third time I am taking it in I want all my money refunded and they can mark up all the rest as a loss on their part because they are not touching my equipment ever again
