I stopped in one evening and ordered a drink from my regular bartender, Lex. Lex asked me if I wanted a tall double and I replied yes. Later, a bartender, Courtney, who had never served me before approached me and asked me if I'd like a drink. I replied by stating "ketel and soda." She poured me a single, short, which was fine and asked me if I had a tab. After my drink, I asked Courtney for my tab and she had charged me for 3 doubles. When I asked her about why she had charged me for additional doubles, she stated she saw in the computer I was drinking doubles. I notified her that she didn't know I had tab, nor had she looked at the computer before pouring my drink. I notified her that I'd pay the tab and come back the following morning to talk with management. Upon arriving the following day, I saw Courtney and notified her that I still felt I was over charged and her reasoning of seeing I was drinking doubles in the computer was not possible. At this point she completely changed her stary and told me I ordered a double. I notified her that I absolutely did not order any double from her. I asked to speak to a manager. Heather approached me and I notified her of what happened and how I'm now being lied to by Courtney and she is attempting to manipulate me. Heather did provide reparations for me being over charged in the form of a gift card. The next time I saw Courtney coming in for her shift, I notified the bartender on duty that I wanted to close my tab. They asked me why and I made a comment about how I was over charged by her. The following week when in the establishment Courtney approached me and notified me that "I'm here 6 days a week and you're going to need to deal with it." I asked her what she was talking about and she told me that she heard me running my mouth. I notified Heather about the issue and she told that Courtney hasn't done anything wrong. I now feel I'm being bullied by Courtney and Heather and Redhawk is slandering my name on their facebook.
