    4/15/24, I called today for quote on standard sunroof, a male friend had just called last week. Spoke with a female who gave him a quote for 2500.00. On today someone quoted me $2800-$3200 for the very same car ( KIA K5 2021). I’m sick of car places and car dealerships over pricing women. Ladies lays start reporting places like this. One star only because my review wouldn’t send

    Very very rude customer service. I asked them to remove a remote start and install a viper alarm system. I talked to Tim And specifically told him my problem that someone was entering my car. Therefore, I wanted an alarm system so they removed the aftermarket remote start and put another one in. I was blamed for it very rude. They acted like it was my fault after I called twice about it within a week and told them specifically what I wanted done I’m the customer and I’m the one who was should’ve been a little bit pissed off Because I had to be Inconvenienced and take my car back there and spend another three hours there. Very rude bad service over priced , Audio, safe systems Do a great job very nice people, family oriented, and for a reasonable price I recommend, firstline is Very Unprofessional. Very disappointing, Sad and Terrible , it’s hard to find good people nowadays they do good work with a smile, they’re nasty people.
