    I was strongarmed into paying a deposit. They never started the job, cashed the check and after over 2 months of excuses I asked for my deposit back. They are demanding $400. This is not a reputable business.

    This review is inaccurate and unwarranted. We were completely transparent with her. Weather conditions were not optimal at the time of signature. We attempted to reach the customer and was ignored several times, she was refunded her deposit. The weather didn’t permit the type of job she was seeking to get done, she was put on our schedule and was only docked $362.50 of incurred cost, cancellation fees, travel time and logistics. She was told the time frame due to the weather being cold and not working conditions for cement, and was told she could wait for the deposit, but she chose to pay anyways. 
    This is total malice and character assassination. We hold a standard for our customer service, please see through this review and understand we take our reviews very seriously and it is complete misunderstanding on her part, as we tried several times to work with her and communicate to make it right.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    They stated they are deducting $400 due to cancelation. However, they are the ones that canceled several times and haven't started the job in over 2 months.

    He cashed my check over a month ago with no follow up.
