    One of the drivers decided to flip me off and yell "what the f*ck" while throwing hands up just because I was in the left lane, and they turned on their turn signal to get in front of me however not giving me enough time to allow her over, so I had to keep ******** way to EVER act! Especially when transporting clients!!I then called to report and was told "stellar employee, just can't see this out of her.....but I will have a talk with her". As if I was lying! Been in the industry for years............if one of my employees were reported doing this I would have simply stated "thank you for letting me know and I will address this asap". And yes, would have been addressed immediately especially when the person complaining had pictures!!

    As the owner of this company i apologie for the response of the dispatched and thats exactly what should've and will happen. I have trackers on all vehicles and this will be addressed immediately. This is not acceptable for any driver employed with Love for Mankind LLC.     Love for Mankind is one of the finest organizations in Central Ohio that provides for the needs of the developmentally disabled. Staff, staff is attentive, positive and proactive with all clients.

    One of the transportation vehicles for this company hit me coming off the freeway on 70 E. It's been almost two months of me and my insurance fighting them to get proof of insurance for the company vehicle that hit me, or any of the vehicles for that matter, but even the ** they gave us held no evidence of coverage. They sent ********* personal insurance (expired), and even tried to have it covered by the driver's personal insurance which was also ineffective as it only covered his personal car, but no trace of coverage for the actual company vehicles. All the while, we have heard absolutely nothing from *******, the founder and CEO, even after countless attempts. This company is transporting those in need whilst completely uninsured. This company should absolutely not be in business and needs to be taken down, it's extremely unsafe and irresponsible, and I fear for those who use their services unknowingly. I'm lucky the damage from my own accident wasn't worse.
