      I ordered two yearbooks for my daughter. Originally, the families were told the yearbooks would be delivered by the end of the school year in May. Then, I was told the yearbooks would be mailed to me during summer break. School is back in session now and I still do not have our yearbooks.

      The head of school will not allow anyone else to talk with me about matters. I emailed today to check on the status. And I was told that *************** will not be in until tomorrow????? *************** is not in charge of the yearbooks and does not mail the yearbooks out. So, why is it that I have to wait till she gets back to school for a response about the status of our yearbooks.

      *************** has to be in complete control of everything. We have had a very hard relationship with this woman which obviously is still going on today.

      I emailed two people today about the status of my daughters yearbooks. And no one seems to want to check on the status for me until the head of sxhool gets involved and allows other staff to check on this. She also refused to allow my daughters work to be graded when my daughter went to sxhool online this past year. Is that even legal for a kid to be turning work in and not be graded? According to ***************, she was only attending for an attendance mark.

      Yearbooks were delivered to the school during the summer months. Upon the email requesting the yearbooks, they were actually mailed to family today.
