    We had the deck installed on June 25th 2024 , on June 30th i reached out to **** ********** about my boards being gapped Infront of my door, I also showed him pictures of the board that he forgot to tighten down, the only thing he said was looks like my help forgot one and never offered to fix it, 13 days later i reach out to **** about a lot of my boards cracking and some of them breaking and he stated that its because the wood dried to fast which was only 13 days after installation we all know treated lumber takes months to dry the screws are put in to deep causing my deck to break. He stated on July 14th he would come out and replace the pieces. I reached out to him again on July 24th asking when he would come back to look and replace the breaks heard nothing from him. Reached out again to him on July 31st still no response since July 14th, He proclaimed that he was on vacation, and he now didn't want to fix anything and i told him was wrong. I told him that he said that he would fix the issues, and he got rude and told me he would look at it after he got back from vacation. Here we are on Aug. 21st and still have not heard from him and i wrote him again on 8/20 and he read the message and still no reply that is why i am reaching out. I paid 4440.00 for this deck that is breaking out in chunks on the edges and has screws not even in the wood. Can you please help me get my deck fixed for the money i spent.
