    I had a terrible experience with Kamper City. Their team, including ******************* and the finance department, was consistently unresponsive. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates on my deal, and **** ignored my attempts to contact him. I even tried calling the ** to get a response and he never called me back either. Despite sending multiple pay stubs, they insisted my proof of income was incorrect and gave me the runaround about my financing. Its unacceptable to have to chase down a business just to spend money with them. After almost a week of frustration, *** decided to take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend Kamper City to anyone.

    1.Somehow accidentally added $500 to invoice after final price was agreed via phone, removed after long call.2.Charged $500 for preparing trailer for transportation, when asked for itemizing, Kamper City never provided any.3.When driver came there for pickup trailer, allegedly prepared a few days ago, two of four tires were leaking and had to wait for exchange/used tires for used tires/.4.Front **** was broken, and local crew and driver had hard time to attach trailer to hitch 5.About 15 minutes after leaving facility, one of exchanged tires on driver side exploded and second on same side showed growing cracks/when driver called Kamper City for help&exchange as answer was road assistance number/. We covered all additional expanses for transportation not prepared trailer and driver delivered it safely.6.We contacted Kamper City management whether they take at least partially responsibility for not preparing trailer for transportation but charging for it. Answer surprised: how could we find that tires are so bad? Is it answer of professionals?
