My car has had an engine blown due to a missed oil change. I know it was my fault for the fix but the problem I am having is that I bought the engine about 2 months ago as well as the labor cost and I am still waiting for my car to be fixed and available. Im currently paying for a vehicle Im not able to drive and Im not ok with this at all. I have reached out to the owner ***** and even drove to the shop and it seems as if they dont care or not true to their words and I just want my car.

I have absolutely bent over backwards to help will get his car fixed and when he first had it towed in told him it would not be fixed overnight,  every time he has called me Ive explained to him where we were in the process and what was happening.  Even talked to him this week and told him he would have his car by end of week, engine replacements are always time consuming and Ive apologized for it taking so long,  I also explained we had other customers ahead of him and had to take those first,  Ive also jumped up out of my desk, closed the dealership in the middle of the day  and drive to ********* to pick him up when his other car broke Down, and when that car was unfixable I put him in another vehicle, paid off his other loan so that he could be in a better vehicle.  I also discounted this job to try and help him get it fixed,  found a low mile engine for a fraction of the cost,  *** contacted the customer and let him know we were still planning on getting his car to him asap or he had the option to take it elsewhere.

On march 15th 2023 i bought a 2005 ford explorer form towpath, for 1750 they stated that my titled would be mailed to me. After a couple weeks i called and they said the title was sent out, i never recived the title and they stopped answering my phone calls. I called from another number and they answered. they once agin said the title was sent but now my temp tag is expired, i was informed i could go down to the title office to get a duplicate title, topwpath said it was in my name, the title clerk at the office told me the title was still under towpath. i tried calling them back and they didnt pick up their phone.
